Our Leadership Team

Ben and Kaat are passionate about the Church and deeply committed to seeing it live out Jesus’ call to make disciples of all nations. Ben, originally from the Isle of Wight, and Kaat, from Belgium, met in 2010 while training at the Jubilee Training Centre in Maidstone. They married a few years later and spent several years leading in youth ministry, shaping and discipling the next generation.

 

In 2021, they stepped into leadership at Pathways Church, where they count it a privilege to seek God’s Kingdom in the beautiful village of Lenham and the surrounding communities. Together with their three young children, they love the adventure of pursuing God and helping others to do the same.

 

Ben and Kaat serve with an incredible leadership team who bring insight, creativity, and a deep sense of commitment to all they do. Their shared passion for serving others and building God’s kingdom is at the heart of everything they do.
