Celebrating 10 Years of God’s Faithfulness

Thanking the Builder

On Sunday 3rd May, we gathered to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Pathways Church and to give thanks for God’s incredible faithfulness over that time. Jesus said that He would build His church, and we came together to honour Him for doing exactly that over the past decade! This was an opportunity to thank King Jesus for what He has done among us and to recognise that every good thing we celebrate has come from Him.

We remembered the courage and sacrifice of the original planting team, those who stepped into the unknown and faithfully sowed seeds that others would later enjoy. Through worship, stories, prayer, and shared memories, we celebrated the fruit God has brought, seen in many transformed lives.

Looking Forward

As we expressed gratitude for the past decade, our attention also turned to the future. We were reminded that the same faithful Builder who has carried us this far is also the One who holds what lies ahead. With thanksgiving in our hearts, we committed the years to come to His leadership, praying that we would continue to be a people who dwell with Him, listen to Him, and respond in obedience.

Our longing is to keep bearing good fruit. Fruit that is accessible, life-giving, and shared freely with our communities. As we prayed together, we did so with confidence and hope, trusting that the God who has been so good to us over the past ten years will continue to build His church in ways far beyond what we could ask or imagine.
